Bank of America executives and employees today revealed their true job: prostitution. Near Union Square a fleet of Bank of America representatives were soliciting for new accounts like a pack of drug dealers.
Earlier this week, one of my home owners who is selling their home as a short sale was told by Bank of America’s CO-OP program that she did not qualify for their CO-OP program because she had a Fannie Mae investor loan.

My Irene saga continues…
After much fretting & hand-wringing & harassment from those close to me, I decided to flee Zone A Saturday morning. I live on a high(-ish) floor in a high(-ish) rise, so my unit was not at risk of flooding. But, the lobby could flood…what if I needed to get out of the…
I was worried about the future of the nationwide mortgage settlement after news that New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman was booted from the council negotiating on behalf of the United States. Not anymore though, now that I know the state of Nevada isn’t back down either:
I’m so freakin mad.
I spent two hours applying at Bank of America for my boyfriend because he’s sick. And then they tell me that I don’t have the skills to work there. I’m a fucking teller.
fuck this shit. I just wasted two fucking hours on some demon bank.

In addition to blowing up the global settlement on foreclosure fraud and related issues, Nevada AG Catherine Cortez Masto’s complaint against Bank of America for reneging on their Countrywide settlement spells major trouble for the struggling bank. BofA stock is actually somewhat positive today, but this revelation on their mortgage servicing operations will eventually get a lot of attention. This filing shows them to be completely devoted to screwing over their customers (I don’t buy the incompetence dodge) in an attempt to maximize profits. The Nevada AG has taken notice, and the penalties she seeks in the lawsuit run into the billions of dollars.
For restricting my debit card and sending me a new one without telling me!
Fucking assholes.
I don’t understand why Americans have allowed these financial institutions to become so powerful, to the point where they’re able to get away with shitty customer service simply because we rely on them.Fuck you, Bank. When I’m the Emperor, I’m going to make all of the bank executives beg for mercy in front of my desk.
(SPOILER ALERT: They won’t get it)
